Jimmy Kimmel might be the only person happier than your Nanna to see Jay Leno returning to late night. The Chin's initial lineup of musical talent actually bumps Kimmel out of first place (barely) in the contest to see who can suck the most.
Snarkiness aside, there are some bookings to be excited about. Vampire Weekend are on SNL (with Zach Galifianakis as host!). Spoon, who used to be from Austin, but are now from a variety of trendy places, grace the stage of the Ed Sullivan Theater. Fallon returns with a strong lineup of Ludacris, Erykah Badu, Silversun Pickups and Joanna Newsom. Phoenix and Fanfarlo give you two very good reasons to record Carson Daly.
